This is a very irreverent book. It is broadly about the ultimate loser taking on the ultimate 'job' and the problems that then ensue.To be honest I found it very difficult getting into, but I stuck with it and I am really glad I did because from about chapter 3 the pace picked up and it rocketed along. To the extent that I struggled to put it down! From the 'history' lessons we are treated to, to the planning of said job and the executing of it, the book was an absolute laugh-a-minute riot.
I would love to read more from this author as he has a very unique take on life and it's foibles!
